1. General Policy
Mini Cruze deals in toys and baby products that are hygiene-sensitive and safety-critical.
To ensure every customer receives a brand-new product, we follow a strict inspection and sealed-package policy.
By placing an order, you agree to the return and refund conditions mentioned below.
2. No Refund After Seal Opening
All products are shipped in sealed manufacturer packaging.
Once the product box seal, tape, or protective packaging is opened, the item becomes non-returnable and non-refundable.
This rule applies even if:

Ordered by mistake

Size/colour expectation mismatch

Change of mind

Child refuses to use it
This policy is necessary because opened toys cannot be resold for hygiene and safety reasons.
3. Damaged / Wrong Product / Missing Item
We will provide replacement or resolution ONLY if the issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Customer must share:

Photos of shipping label

Clear images/video of the issue
Without an unboxing video, claims may not be accepted.

4. Manufacturing Defects
If the product has a manufacturing defect:

Report within 24 hours of delivery

We will arrange replacement/repair as applicable

Minor cosmetic marks, packaging dents, or color shade variation are not considered defects.
5. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns/refunds will not be accepted for:

Normal wear & tear

Minor scratches from handling

Damage caused after delivery

6. Order Cancellation
